FiveX

What we collect,
and what we do not.

Short, because the site does very little with your data.

Who we are

FIVEX is a five-person software engineering studio based in [City], [Country]. For anything on this page, write to hello@fivex.example and one of us will answer.

What we collect

One thing: what you type into the contact form. That is your name, your work email, an optional company name, which area you are asking about, and your message.

We do not run analytics, we do not embed third-party scripts, and we do not set any cookie that the site does not need in order to function. There is no advertising and no cross-site tracking.

Why we hold it

To read your message and reply to it. That is the only reason, and it is the consent you give when you tick the box on the form.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation is live, and then for [N] months in case you come back to it. After that it is deleted.

Who else sees it

All five of us, and nobody else. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass it to a third party except where a service we use to deliver email necessarily handles it in transit.

  • [Email provider] — delivers the message from the form to our inbox
  • [Hosting provider] — serves this site and keeps standard server logs

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@fivex.example and we will do it within [N] days rather than making you chase it.

Cookies

The site currently sets no cookies beyond what is strictly necessary to serve the page, which is why you have not been shown a consent banner. If that changes — if we add analytics, or embed something from another domain — you will be asked first, and nothing will load before you answer.

Changes to this page

If what we do changes, this page changes in the same commit. The date above is the last time that happened.
