Terms of use
for this website.
What this site is, and what it is not.
Last updated: [YYYY-MM-DD]
Draft, pending legal review. This page describes how the site works today and is written to be read, not to be relied on as legal advice. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
What these terms cover
This page and the rest of fivex.example. Work we do for a client is covered by the contract for that work, not by this page — where the two disagree, the contract wins.
What the site is
A description of what the studio does. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote or a commitment to a price, a date or an outcome. Figures shown in square brackets are placeholders we have not yet confirmed, and are marked as such deliberately.
Case studies and figures
Client systems are covered by confidentiality agreements, so work is described by sector rather than by name. Metrics describe the specific system they appear on and are not a promise of the same result elsewhere.
Sending us a message
Sending the contact form starts a conversation, not an engagement. Do not send anything confidential through it — if you need to, tell us and we will agree a way first. Nothing you send is treated as confidential until there is an agreement saying so.
The content on this site
The text, the design and the code of this site belong to FIVEX. You are welcome to quote or link to it with attribution; please do not republish it wholesale as your own.
Availability
We keep the site up, but we do not guarantee it is available without interruption, and we are not liable for loss arising from it being unavailable or from a link that has moved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [Country], and any dispute goes to the courts of [City].
Questions
hello@fivex.example. An engineer answers, not a legal department — which is also why this page is a draft until a lawyer has read it.
