Hand & Needle — couture atelier storefront and back office

An embroidery atelier in Aïn Beïda that sells nationwide and takes commissions. The storefront runs in French and Arabic, each laid out for the direction it is read in, with a catalogue, a cart and cash on delivery. Behind it is the part that gets used every day: orders, stock, clients, and the made-to-measure requests that arrive without a price on them and leave with a quote.

Screens

the storefront

  • The home page: an embroidered velvet takchita photographed beside the heading L’Élégance de Notre Patrimoine, with buttons to the collection and the new arrivals.
  • A row of circular category portraits — wedding wear, traditional dresses, takchita, jabador, tunics, custom embroidery, accessories — above a Les Plus Aimées selection of four pieces priced in dinars.
  • The made-to-measure section, a seamstress at an embroidery machine beside a quote request, over a four-part strip on handwork, delivery to 58 wilayas, payment on delivery and free alterations.
  • The collection page: category pills, a piece count and a sort control above a grid of garments, each with its category, price in dinars, colour swatches and an add-to-cart button.
  • The atelier page: how the workshop began in an apartment in Aïn Beïda, three figures for embroiderers, pieces delivered and wilayas served, and the founder’s line about embroidery being recognised close up.
  • The contact page: the atelier address, phone, e-mail and opening hours beside a form with name, telephone, a subject list and a message field.

in Arabic

  • The same home page in Arabic, laid out right to left: the heading أناقة تراثنا with the photograph on the left, the navigation mirrored, and the category portraits captioned in Arabic.

the back office

  • The dashboard: revenue, orders, products and clients as four figures, a twelve-month revenue line, and a to-do panel counting orders awaiting confirmation, shipments due and unanswered embroidery requests.
  • The orders table: reference, client, wilaya, date and amount, each row carrying a status — delivered, shipped, confirmed, pending or cancelled — with filters for each state.
  • The product list: thumbnail, name and SKU, category, price, stock and publication status, with edit, duplicate and delete on every row.
  • The categories screen: each category as a card with a photograph, its article count and its URL segment.
  • The client list: name, telephone, wilaya, order count, total spent and last order date.
  • Made-to-measure requests: client, garment, motif, colour and date against a status, with one request opened beneath showing its reference images and the quote being priced.
  • Stock levels: in stock, low and out as three counts beside the stock value, over a table giving each SKU its quantity, a fill bar and a state.
  • Settings: shop details, delivery pricing and default carrier, payment and notification toggles, and the list of admin users with their roles.
