  1. The business

    A sweets business with nineteen branches across fifteen wilayas, and customers who wanted to order from the nearest one and have it delivered.

  2. The problem

    Nineteen branches, each taking its own orders by phone, and drivers organised branch by branch. Customers did not know which branch served them, and nobody had one picture of the day's deliveries.

  3. What we built

    One Android app that both the customer and the driver sign in to, choosing their role at the door. Customers browse a pictured catalogue, pick a branch, order, and follow the delivery on a map with the driver's name and the minutes remaining. Drivers take tasks and move them along stage by stage. All nineteen branches are listed and mapped.

  4. What changed

    A customer anywhere in the fifteen wilayas orders from the branch that serves them without knowing which one it is, and watches the order arrive. The business runs deliveries across the network from one system instead of nineteen phones.

  • The splash screen: a crown mark over the shop name in Arabic and a line of welcome.
  • The customer home: a promotional card, a row of branches, and a most-requested section of sweets priced in dinars.
  • The catalogue screen reading 32 résultats, with a French search field and sort chips above a grid of sweets carrying Arabic names.
  • The cart: two items with quantity steppers, a subtotal and delivery line, the order total, and a place-order button.
  • Live order tracking: a route drawn on a map with the minutes remaining, the driver's name, and a checklist of order stages beneath.
  • The branches screen: a map dense with pins above a scrollable list of shops, each with its name in Arabic and its municipality.
